    This is the worst subway around!!!! They forget many items, several times. My last sandwich , they forgot the meat. I’ll never order from here again!!!

    Pay with cash. I worked food service for a decade so I always tip if I can. But this person put gratuity on without asking. It was between five and six dollars so it wasn’t anything insane, it was about on par with what I would’ve tipped. (in cash) so I just didn’t tip any cash, I was too tired to really call them out on it. But I can’t stand that kind of behavior, it's deceitful and basically stealing from customers, that’s messed up. That said, the restaurant seem clean. The food was decent. If you pay in cash, it might not be that bad, but it was worth leaving a review to inform others.

    This Subway has gone down the tubes since the new ownership. Customer Service is horrible, and the wait time is atrocious! Ordered through the app, waited 20 minutes, got there and waited another 10 minutes because there was only one person working....ONE!!! Other customers who were there already waited 45 minutes for online orders. This has happened multiple times to me and "stupid me" for trying it...again... and thinking things might have changed. The only reason I go there is because it's close and convenient to my work. This really is the last time I'll go there.

    Two boys were working in the restaurant tonight at 8:30 about the one who was making actual sandwiches had both AirPods on. He didn’t toast my sandwhich at all which usually would be fine only my sandwhich was meant to be hot and it was not. He seemed irritated and annoyed that I was there and he also forgot to put cheese and peppers on my sandwhich. Very upset because usually subway is great but I will not be going to this location again.
