Asked a question to a staff member and she walked right by me and completely ignored me. Absolutely pathetic

I ordered a spicy McCrispy with cheese. I was charged and it was on my grill slip. I got all the way home and the cheese I paid for was nowhere to be found. I don’t understand why employees don’t check orders before they’re handed to customers. I guess we have to sit in the drive through and open up our entire order to make sure we have what we paid for. My fries were cold and tasted old. Which is odd because I placed my order 6 minutes after lunch started. I probably eat McDonald’s once a year and this is why.

There's been more than a handful of times that my order has been incorrect at this location, which results in me having to come back to the store after getting home. The one time I did it, I had to go back 2 times total, because they got it wrong a second time. Also, one time one of the creepy employees tried hitting on me. He followed me out to my car and was trying to talk to me while I was getting in. When I called and complained to the manager, he basically gaslit me and didn't think anything was wrong with it.

Placed a mobile order while waiting at the tail end of the line in the drive thru at about 11pm. Order went through and the app says to go to the drive thru. Okay, cool I'm already there. Pulled up to the speaker at a couple of minutes later just, told them I had a mobile order, and stated the code. The person working the drive thru told me that she didn't have any orders with my code. I gave it again and clarified that I was at the correct location in case I'd ordered from the wrong location. It was the right place, but the attendant insisted that she didn't my have order on file. I chose to just cancel the order rather than deal with sorting it out and being given the run around, so I left. Tapped to cancel the order on the app only to be given a message that I could no longer cancel the order because the restaurant was already making it/the order had already been made. Circled back to the drive thru (store's main lobby was closed and the drive thru was the only way to speak with somebody) and explained the situation and asked for a refund since now I'm annoyed. The same attendant said they wouldn't refund me because they didn't have that order, implying that there was nothing for them to refund. (I suspect my order was given to the wrong customer and the staff either didn't notice their mistake or simply chose to ignore the problem on a busy Saturday night). So now I'm hungry after getting off work for the night, without the food I'd bought and paid for, and now I feel like I've had my money stolen since McDonald's corporate website says that in order to negotiate a refund, I need to either call the restaurant I ordered from or return to the restaurant I ordered from in order to speak to someone about getting a refund. I'd do just that but this location already made it quite clear that they don't think I ever placed an order to begin with, despite me having the digital receipt.
