  Normally we have really great service here, but today the girl who took our order was super rude, it was very unlike the staff at this location. I think management needs to review what customer service looks like.

  Was excited to try the new Protein packed sandwiches. Was going to order via doordash but did not see it as an option there so I had to order via their website. Cool. Ordered it at 11:20 so it would be there before my lunch break. Wrong. It took an hour to get my sandwich, mind you this location is 6 minutes from my place of employment. Ordered mayo and mustard packets because I dont get sauce on my sandwiches, they were not in the bag. Opened the sandwich and it was NOT the Protein packed version. It had the regular amount of meat on it. Called the store, they apologized and told me that could off me $5 off my next order but I would have to place the order over the phone to get it. $20 for a sandwich that wasnt what I ordered and took an hour to get to me. Will NOT be going back to this location. 😕

  I recently needed a very large order at the last minute and this crew went above and beyond to get it done. The food is fresh and the staff is professional and friendly. Worth going out of your way to visit this Jimmy John's on Penniman in Plymouth!!
