Understaffed. Waiting more than 25 minutes for an order at a “fast” food place is unacceptable. Once again reminded why I should avoid Taco Bell.

Waited awhile in the drive thru. Fine with this BUT not fine watching the employee stand at the window chewing and biting at her fingernails-- attempting to remove nail polish.
Her saliva filled fingers planning to hand me the food.
Told the possible manager: can you please teĺl her it is ill mannered to do this when tending to food.
His literal response: she does not touch the food.
Me: I dont care if she does, she has spit on her fingers....whatever she touches...has her spit.
Good grief. If anyone ate at the Ann Arbor Road Taco Bell and gets an illness....I know who did it.

Corporate needs to know how bad this location is. I waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru at 205 Ann Arbor Rd, Plymouth — got told “we’ll be right with you,” then suddenly “we’re closed unless you’re UberEats or DoorDash.” At 12:20 AM with a full line of cars behind me!
Trapped in the line, no food, wasted time, wasted gas. Completely unacceptable. Fix this store. And I would like to know how I am going to be replenished for my wasted time, wasted gas and hungry stomach

If I could give this Taco Bell ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru line at 205 Ann Arbor Rd, Plymouth, MI — finally reached the speaker just to be told, “We’ll be right with you.” No problem, I thought. Then 7–10 minutes later, the same employee gets back on the mic just to say:
“Sorry, we’re closed unless you’re Uber Eats or DoorDash. We’re no longer taking orders.”
Excuse me… WHAT?! It was only 12:40 AM — way before closing. There were still multiple cars behind me waiting to order, and now the only way to leave was to continue sitting behind the three cars ahead of me just trying to exit this disaster of a drive-thru.
So after almost an hour of waiting, I got absolutely nothing but attitude and wasted time. The fact that they told me they’d be right with me, only to turn around and refuse service minutes later, is completely unacceptable. This location needs better staffing, better communication, and honestly… better everything. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and a huge problem that needs to be addressed.

Waited over 30 minutes in the dining room while all other guests both before and after my family received their food. Also while I waited I watched two separate employees go on break, make their OWN food, sit down and eat, while I continued to wait with my two small children. When I asked for a manager a separate, very rude employee spoke over me, telling her manager "THEY HAD 12 ITEMS AND THEY PAID BY KIOSK SO THEY ARENT GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK!". When my husbands name was finally called, they verbally scoffed at him when he retrieved our food, saying "Oh my god the order wasnt even for HER!". To add insult to injury, all of my husbands food was made with NO meat. If you enjoy long wait times and being verbally disrespected after spending your money, this is the place for you!
