This Subway has gone down the tubes since the new ownership. Customer Service is horrible, and the wait time is atrocious! Ordered through the app, waited 20 minutes, got there and waited another 10 minutes because there was only one person working....ONE!!! Other customers who were there already waited 45 minutes for online orders. This has happened multiple times to me and "stupid me" for trying it...again... and thinking things might have changed. The only reason I go there is because it's close and convenient to my work. This really is the last time I'll go there.

This used to be my go-to Subway, but since they changed ownership, it has not been the same. Multiple times I have encountered a sandwich artist with a dirty shirt. I'm not talking about one sauce spot, but a shirt just covered in stains, and this has happened on multiple occasions. It doesn't make the food very appetizing.

Two boys were working in the restaurant tonight at 8:30 about the one who was making actual sandwiches had both AirPods on. He didn’t toast my sandwhich at all which usually would be fine only my sandwhich was meant to be hot and it was not. He seemed irritated and annoyed that I was there and he also forgot to put cheese and peppers on my sandwhich. Very upset because usually subway is great but I will not be going to this location again.

Men gave me wrong bread and told me that was the new bread then other worker said he can’t replace my bread because they have someone who can barley understand English do not recommend
