When I called the store, the associate didn't know when the manager was going to be in again? and couldn't do anything for me. I asked him what his name was as a reference and he wouldn't give it to me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I waited an hour and was over charged for a menu item. Worst customer service ever. No apology, no help. Furthermore, when I explained that the order was through Postmates he seemed like he cared even less. Why have your items on a delivery service if you comprise quality?
