Entitled attitude, ignoring a customer at the counter after asking for a confirmation number of an online line order, then ignoring said customer (which seems to happen here more often than before) and then getting an attitude once the ignored customer gets upset, is not the way to bring in repeat customers. Staff needs to be trained that the customer always comes first and is never to be ignored regardless of online order, self order in the store or standing at the counter to order. I never did get my order by the way as the employee only cared about telling me to how to behave before I left. Highly disappointed that this behavior is acceptable for employees.

Overall my other friends got their food and were satisfied. I opened the wrapper of my food and food a small piece of hair on my pickle with the sandwich I ordered. I am not sure if this was intentional or not.
