But what is most annoying is that they are often not open when they're supposed to be. Some of the employees are really nice but others are cranky. No longer worth it to me to come here. Plus the app sucks.

The lady continue to not say a word didn’t ask any questions “ name on order or anything even told a little boy that’s not yours . Without even asking ! Just rude ! Need to teach all your workers customer service and respect and a young lady walked in was was a black lady they just all looked at her ! I am writing this review for her as well I will never come back here I will drive to another location !
- OOO OJun 26, 20251.0Just called 26th @10:40am spoke with some woman who was hesitant to give her name, kept saying it super fast and would not spell it out. She super unprofessional. I explained to her how our order was messed up. The A.C at the location was not working too hot to dine in and we had left back home with our food to go home and eat. Our bagel sandwiches were not toasted. Everything was sloppy and messy. Our hasbrowns had egg shells and dirt or oven burn Charcoal on it. This loaction is dirty. Employees look dirty. Read the reviews. Go to another location the employees here don't make the food well. OUR BAGELS WERE NOT TOASTED. We would like our money back. Don't go here.
