I really hope the manager and corporate respects these ladies here because they make everyone's day absolutely perfect. Leslie is one of the best people I've ever had to deal with and I will always always praise her. Again I really hope the management and corporate respect them and do whatever it takes to retain them because of them this spot is doing so wonderful. If they ever leave I will make sure to do my best to retain them hands down. Azeem

Yelled at for missing a tiny sign in front that said drive through only. Been going here for several years, and this is unacceptable. Never coming back with such rude and disrespectful employees.

- HRHeidi RobertsOct 26, 20251.0I usually go to the Canton Center one when I’m in town. We do not have one near me. We like the bagels, the coffee not at all. When I’m in Plymouth, I have stopped at this store at least 3 times to get a few dozen to take home. All 3 times my bagels were not cut right. If it was one or two, I wouldn’t have an issue. It’s been almost all of them. I have now cut myself trying to fix the really bad ones twice. The staff obviously doesn’t care about quality. I will not waste my time and money again. If you read the reviews, I’m not the only one unhappy. I added the worst ones in the pictures.
