Yelled at for missing a tiny sign in front that said drive through only. Been going here for several years, and this is unacceptable. Never coming back with such rude and disrespectful employees.

When I’m in Plymouth, I have stopped at this store at least 3 times to get a few dozen to take home. All 3 times my bagels were not cut right. If it was one or two, I wouldn’t have an issue. It’s been almost all of them. I have now cut myself trying to fix the really bad ones twice. The staff obviously doesn’t care about quality. I will not waste my time and money again. If you read the reviews, I’m not the only one unhappy. I added the worst ones in the pictures.

The staff stood by as another customer was harassing and yelling at me right in front of them. They didn't do anything, not even tell him to stop as he got in my face while I was minding my own business. I definitely will avoid going to this Einstein Bros. again because I feel like they don't care if their customers have their personal space violated and safety being messed with. It was scary and awful.
