The toast was not toasted, it was raw bread and they forgot the bacon. They were very busy which is likely why this happened, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I was given a sample of their new coffee, which I thought was cool, but it was cold. So, not the best representation.

When I went back to explain the mistake, the first employee left and another employee came, speaking to me in a very disrespectful way. She didn’t even explain what had happened and asked, “So what do you want?” I repeated that I wanted the Pumpkin Spice Latte, but they still didn’t give me the correct drink. In the end, they gave me the same iced latte, only removed the straw, added a new lid, and put some whipped cream on top. This was extremely disappointing, especially because I had never experienced anything like this before. Previously, the staff had always been very nice and polite, much more so than now.

I'm better off licking the bag at this point. I feel like it's common sense that you can't do that, should be even more common considering you work there.
