  AVOID this location at all costs. I placed a pickup order and when I checked it as I was driving away, I realized they had messed up every single thing in my order. Gave me a bowl of rice and corn instead of a steak quesadilla? Give me Diet Pepsi instead of Diet Coke. Ingredients left out of other bowl. So I went inside and asked them to remake it, which took 20 minutes. The worker sneezed directly on my food twice while making it. I did not spend $35 for this awful of service. Stay far far far away from this location!

  Just another Chipotle in Wayne County. Usually I’d write something big like with the other Chipotle reviews, but it felt like the Northville Chipotle but now in Plymouth.

  A dump ordered online and they never prepared it and then they argued for a couple minutes while I stood there, deciding who would end up making it. They’re all joking around doing absolutely nothing wondering whose job it is to do certain things. It is the worst place I’ve ever been to for food never coming back.

  First off, I love Chipotle! However, this location was one of the worst locations. Some of the workers during the day shift on this Saturday seemed to work hard and value their jobs. Others seem to not care about anything. A new manager that can keep his or her teammates on task is highly needed, at this location. I came in at 11:30 am on a Saturday. I was the only one in there and the white rice isn’t even ready yet. Asked if I may have white rice and the person making it requires one of his coworkers to say please before he would get started to see if the rice was ready. Then, he actually said ‘what? You want me to work slower?’ when his coworker continued to ask him when the rice will be done. I even asked the manager and he looked like he didn’t want to approach the worker making the rice. It was if he was too scared to confront him. All in all, this was a bad experience for a lunch at Chipotle on a Saturday.

  This was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I placed a catering order and pre-arranged a specific pick-up time. The main issues were: Order Not Prepared: When I arrived to pick up the catering order, I was informed that it had not been made and, shockingly, the staff refused to make it for me on the spot. No Resolution Offered: I was simply told there was "nothing they could do" and that I would have to call a separate corporate customer service line to request a refund. This left me without the food I needed for my event. Hostile Staff Response: When I asked them to make the 10 bowls individually as an emergency alternative, the staff reacted with unbelievable unprofessionalism. They were audibly making a big fuss about it, rolling their eyes, and clearly expressing their annoyance. The staff displayed a total lack of accountability and basic courtesy. Dealing with a catering failure is frustrating enough, but being treated with such blatant disdain and given zero customer service when trying to find a solution is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this location for catering if you expect your order to be ready or if you expect respectful service.
