  Don’t plan to get your mobile order at the drive thru. Went out of my way for the convenience of their drive thru with my baby and rainy weather. Instead, was denied and told “too many orders go missing.” How is that the customers fault when mobile orders are handled with the employees? Extremely inconvenient & frustrating as a parent trying to enjoy a simple coffee.

  The manager Katie was awesome super nice, friendly and helped us have a great day. Would highly recommend. Her customer service made me feel like I was at home

  I love einstein and this one hit the mark. I have some weird preference and Katie was able to work through them with respect and kindness. Next time I am in town I will for sure stop by again!!

  I went there around 6:40am, there were 2 ladies, their service was fast. The one which looked older than the other assisted me, I ordered bagels and paid for it, afterwards I realized I forgot to mention that I wanted them all sliced n toasted, but when i asked her if get them all sliced , the look on her face was not good and because of that I couldn’t ask for toasting them. Additionally she didn’t even help me with reward thing, when I asked her about that . She just told me that you can do that with your receipt. It my first time there and I was very disappointed!!
