  First time here. They were short-staffed and busy. We waited 20 minutes for our food. I want to emphasize right now that this is not a complaint. In fact, the emphasis of this comment is quite the opposite. Observing how the staff was handling the situation is the point of this post. They remained very polite and very professional. A matter of fact, one of the managers stayed later than her shift to assist. The staff was very polite and very courteous every moment. They got things out and people were satisfied.

  I ordered my food and the French fries were cold ❄️ just close down If you're going to give your customers cold food. You don't deserve a start at all

  They were out of chichen at 8pm so I had the roast beef and fries and the homestyle lemonade. Roast beef was dry, but the worst was the amount of lemonade. Here js a pic of the amount of ice they give you for a $2.89 beverage. After 2 sips it was gone, I went home and measured the ounces they gave me 6 ozs of beverage. Unreal very disappointed

  Ordering in the app then picking up inside on the counter was super fast.
