  Ordered a couple subs. Staff was friendly, sandwiches came out quickly and were exactly what we expected. Plainwell location is always exceptional.

  Tired of this location. Takes over an hour to deliver 2.2 miles. Cannot fallow simple instructions for where to leave delivery.

  After clearly repeating twice into the speaker which toppings for my sandwiches I'd like, they still failed to get them correctly. They were both ordered the same. 2 number 16s, jimmy it up add mustard extra tomatoes. I called back explaining how we look forward to our sandwiches being made right, and that when spending 10 dollars or more on a sandwich specifically from here, we'd like not to be let down. The manager offered a bag of chips on my next purchase, which definitely doesn't come close to covering the inconvenience. The manager was named Owen. Back when I managed a Jimmy John's we made it right with the customer no matter what, and didn't even attempt something better once I said I might not be back. Now, I definitely will not be back to this plainwell location. I'm actually surprised and disappointed that this happened at a Jimmy John's.

  Ordered 3 sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon and waited a full hour. I called to ask about our food, and was told the driver had 8 orders to deliver! Maybe time to hire a couple more drivers. We won't be ordering from JJ again with several sandwich shops in the area to choose from.

  One of the better JJ I've been to. The wrap was great and perfectly made.
