I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Taco Bell, and I feel obligated to share just how unacceptable it was. Finding hair in my food was already disgusting enough, but what happened when I tried to report it was even worse. I called to let the store know about the issue, hoping for at least a basic level of professionalism, but instead I was met with rudeness and indifference. The employee on the phone didn’t apologize, didn’t acknowledge the seriousness of the situation, and actually hung up on me mid-complaint. That is absolutely unacceptable for any business—especially one that handles food.
If a customer takes the time to call about a health-related issue, the bare minimum expectation is to be listened to. Instead, it felt like the staff couldn’t be bothered to deal with a problem they caused. This isn’t just “bad customer service”—it shows a complete lack of respect for the people who spend their money there. It also raises questions about the store’s cleanliness and staff training. Hair in the food is already a clear sign that something is wrong, but staff hanging up on customers makes it even more obvious that the problems go deeper than just the kitchen.
I’m not asking for an over-the-top reaction—just accountability. A simple apology, a replacement, or even a basic acknowledgment of the issue would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I was dismissed, ignored, and treated like an inconvenience. If Taco Bell managers allow employees to behave like this, it reflects extremely poorly on the entire establishment.
Taco Bell needs to seriously reevaluate how this location handles customer complaints, because right now it feels like they don’t care at all. Food safety matters. Hygiene matters. Customer service matters. If a business can’t manage those three basic things, then customers deserve to know so they can spend their money somewhere else. After this experience, I certainly will.

Always my number one spot to go after school with my friends. The notcho fries are the best tho so those should be kept all year.

I would recommend going to a different taco bell. Poor food quality, mistakes in orders, poor service, long wait times, and an annoyingly designed drive thru.

Just drive to a different taco bell. Ordered for a family of 4. Not a single thing was correct. Paid extra for chicken and instead I received ground beef. Our chicken quesadilla didnt have any chicken. Next time just tell us you ran out of chicken instead.
