    I saw 2 small cockroaches come out from behind the counter one on the floor and then in the corner on the top by the wall and register. Didn’t even finish my food and just left after I told the manager who didn’t do anything but walk back to the office

    Got a crunchwarp supreme with extra toppings, delicious! Was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, wish the line was a little faster but still worth it. The drive thru is pretty boring but I don't come to Taco Bell for the Atmosphere.

    I go here for lunch every couple weeks and the speed and accuracy is super good. I place mobile orders and pick them up in drive through, and even after customizing my order adding and removing things, they get my order right every time. The drive through lady is also very friendly, and the cinnamon twists actually have cinnamon sugar on them lol.

    Sat in drive thru at the ordering box. For about 8-10 minutes without be acknowledged once. Cars started to wrap around the building and other customers behind me started honking and yelling at me to hurry up. How can I hurry up when no one is acknowledging me there? Kept saying hello? No response. How hard is it to acknowledge a person? Or say one moment please? I didn’t order. I left because there was only one car ahead of me at that he window and I still wasn’t being acknowledged. Nine cars behind me. This was a hurtful experience and a very disappointing and disrespectful experience from your employees. Sad.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would. They fail to maintain their property in the weather conditions. I slid into the curb in the drive thru because they failed to salt. Juli from Risk and Safety claims there’s nothing that can be done with the damage that was caused to my vehicle. Stay away, even more if it’s snowing.
