It has been three times that they put the cajun fries in my bag long time before I arrive. Previously, they always put it in as I pick it up. When I picked up my food, the fires were already soft and wet (bc they sealed the bag. Steam from warm burgers made it soft and wet). Also, for the most recent two visits, the extra fries they gave me were way less than the standards. I don't care about less fries or not. But taking together, I can see that the quality of food from this store is decreasing in the past two-three months. Will not go back recently even though it is just a few blocks away from my apt.

What’s the point of ordering ahead and doing a pick up when I always end up waiting just as long as I would have if I’d ordered at the counter? Do better.

I ordered my burger well done because as I explained to the cashier, the last time I came, my burger was raw. They assured me that they would take care of me. I waited 15 minutes for my food, and took it home. I took one bite of my burger and it was very mushy. I looked down and the entire inside of both parties was pink. I called the store and explained that this burger was raw, so they offered to remake it. By the time I got my second burger, my fries were cold. It sucks to spend almost $20 on a meal you can’t truly enjoy. This location had switched management multiple times over the past 7 years, not sure what’s going on but the service keeps going downhill.

This was our first visit, and not our last. We all agreed the burgers were ample and delicious. As most places today fries are two expensive for our SS check, we ordered them any, they were good. Drinks with refills. Little pricey but worth it, if you don't go out much.
