I found the cheese I needed on the Pinconning website and bought it, along with several other varieties, especially smoked Pinconning Cheese and smoked cheddar. The pizza turned out to be delicious, and so did each of the other cheeses. I just purchased the blueberry cheddar and it is also terrific.
