Generally I have a good experience. This morning 12/4/25 was a different story. Placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive-thru. Only one car ahead of me that was already at the pickup window. Somehow, I ended up waiting 15 mins before being served my food.
Despite the wait, I was polite at the window (no complaints), but the employee did not say one word to me. Nothing but a grumpy/loathing life face.
I understand work can be crappy sometimes, but if you push your crap attitude onto your customers, you're in the wrong line of work.
Any response or facial reaction (i.e., Smile) to me saying "thank you" or have a "nice day" would have been appreciated. Generally an apology for the wait would be appropriate at the least.
Lastly, despite the lack of customers they still managed to forget items in my order
