I ordered a double cheeseburger today and a medium fry. The bottom bun was so burnt I couldn't eat it and the fries were covered in little brown crumbs like the oil needs to be changed. So disappointed I won't be back.

This was the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, which was frustrating because most of the workers were doing things. We waited several minutes for someone to come take our order, then we ordered through the kiosk when it became available. They just had little to no sense of urgency. It was lunch time and one young man was on his break (which is an odd time to let him go), and that didn't help things move faster. To make it worse, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese didn't have cheese. It's literally in the name of the sandwich.

Ordered a very large order through the app, parked in their parking spot and the food was brought out just a few minutes. The woman who brought it out was also very nice. Genuinely impressed by the service!

The person working the drive through on the headset was rude and took forever to reply to me. Then went inside Thought It would be faster and waited over a 1/2 an hour for food that I already paid for inside the building And the food was cold by the time I got it.

Idk anything about this restaurant cause I'm not able to order delivery from them with any delivery services. Like WTH?! I have to order from the one that is 20 minutes from my house when there is one only 5 minutes away that doesn't do delivery!?... my food is always cold and unpleasant cause it has such a far trip to make... completely rediculous. GET WITH IT.!
