We waited several minutes for someone to come take our order, then we ordered through the kiosk when it became available. They just had little to no sense of urgency. It was lunch time and one young man was on his break (which is an odd time to let him go), and that didn't help things move faster. To make it worse, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese didn't have cheese. It's literally in the name of the sandwich.

I have to order from the one that is 20 minutes from my house when there is one only 5 minutes away that doesn't do delivery!?... my food is always cold and unpleasant cause it has such a far trip to make... completely rediculous. GET WITH IT.!
