  There's literally 2-3 employees trying to handle a lunch rush alone this place should not even be currently open. Longest wait I've ever had a ANY food establishment in my over 40 years of life. I will not be back

  Guy working the window tonight was dumb as hell told him 3 times no tomatoes and very little lettuce and he kept tryna put everything except what we ordered on the order and still screwed up the order my friend was unable to eat tonight because of it this is the third time I have had issues at this location and I will not be returning the staff is extremely rude and ignorant I do not recommend this location at all not one bit the petoskey michigan location by Meijer is absolutely the worst location I've ever encountered outta every place I've lived including Alaska Illinois Ohio and Pennsylvania and all across michigan if I could rate it zero stars I would

  I'm so sad to be making this review, I absolutely love taco bell but Im not sure what this location is doing. I ordered online for drive thru pickup. I literally only ordered 5 things. Two items were completely wrong and one was missing entirely. Drive thru worker was rude as well. As convenient as this location is, its more worth is to drive across town so you get what you actually ordered.
