  Ordered a few things from here this weekend and every single thing was fantastic! Photo worthy even and just as delicious. Love this place.

  Pregnancy cravings hit hard so I went to our local Tropical Smoothie. Ordered in the drive through and card was declined!! I pulled out front because my card had expired and I hadn't activated the new one. I could not get my bank app to work and nothing was letting me activate this new card. I walked in to let the employees know I unfortunately did not have a way to pay, they said it was all okay and gave me my smoothies anyway!!!!!!! I cried. In a world where customer service is dying, you not only did an amazing job, you made an emotionally fragile pregnant lady's week.

  Tried to go here a few times over the last 12 months , but each time despite being the only customer to be there , the customer service is quite literally non existent. You walk in and can see the employees on their phones in fact often times moving further to the back , no greeting , no hello , no well be with you in a moment , no we appreciate your business, nothing just standing in the back on the phones while the customer waits at the counter even a friendly greeting would go a long way. Customer service can make or break a business and is more important than the food or cost . Unfortunately i won’t be giving this location any more trys unless there is a major overhaul in customer service.
