  My husband ordered a bucket of chicken and 3 sides at 5:30pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait because they didn't have any chicken cooked. No chicken at a chicken restaurant at dinner time. He waited 30 minutes and checked with the cashier who offered him 2 free tacos for his wait. After 40 minutes they finally brought out his order. Once home, the chicken breading was soggy not crispy and the corn was brown and hard. Definitely not returning to this restaurant ever again.

  Took a long time to receive my meal. Luckily I checked the bag when I got to my car. They didn't have the two soft tacos in the bag. Had to go back in to point that out. Took another 5 minutes to get the rest of my order. Not a good impression. Probably will go to McDonald's across the street next time.

  Every time I order tacos no lettuce add sour cream I get lettuce on them and I dont eat them,

  Ordered a crispy chicken taco. 75% tortilla, 10% chicken, and 15% veggies/fillings. Not very happy with this. What’s the point of using a tender that small? I placed my mobile order 35 minutes before I received this. Not amused or satisfied.

  Ordered my food and got something different than what I ordered and then on top of it no one can answer the phone when I called the report it
