  Had an issue with ordering in app, really wanted a specific deal. Called the shop, explained the situation, and they listened, acted and got it sorted all with grace and kindness. Ended up getting exactly what we wanted without just leaving. Shelby is amazing, as well as all of the team. The food is always well prepared, hot, and the service is so lovely. Thank you all that work here!

  First visit we go when this Taco Bell opens the worker is picking her nose on break the whole time while we ate next to us. Second time going they get absolutely nothing right on the order. I ordered a drink and it’s 99% pure water. Paid $5 for water. And ordered nachos and cheese. They gave me 6 nachos. They cleary need new workers here because they can’t do their job.

  So the Gaylord Taco Bell actually serves the Chicken Burrito with the crispy strips, this one in Petosky says they don't so i ordered a cheesy steak burrito. When I got to the window the girl was rude she basically threw my money at me and had an attitude DONT GO HERE. Obviously the lack of customer service doesn't exist. Also if your craving the Avocado Chicken Burrito go to Gaylord obviously they make it

  Very disappointing drive-through experience. The woman working the window was extremely rude. She didn’t say a single word to us—not hello, not our total, nothing at all. Our order was missing the sauce we asked for, and there were no straws or napkins in the bag. To make things worse, she slammed the bag of food against our car door while handing it to us. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

  This place is great and I have not had any issues here. The location is convenient too as a work across the street at Lowe’s. I prefer to order ahead of time on the app just so I can better understand the menu and how to customize the order. Overall I know it’s a new location, but the drive through works great for me.
