- CCChadDec 30, 20252.0I haven't been to a McDonald's in over 10 years. My wife who is from Asia wanted to experience McDonald's here because she wanted to see if it was similar to the one back home. Terrible comparison. The self kiosk didnt print our order ticket. The employee proceeded to check his computer but still got the order wrong. Forgetting our chicken nuggets. After getting the full order we checked the sandwich we got that added mustard to our order and you guessed it, no mustard on the sandwich. Truly its embarrassing, fast food places in other countries are cleaner, more professional, and have better customer service than America. Everyone at this location looked like they hated their job and the customers coming in, even when their job required minimal contact because of the kiosks. Probably won't be back for another 10 years.
