  Took 25 minutes to get my food from the time I made it to the speaker to order. Workers were nice, but said only 2 were scheduled on a Friday. How can you expect to function with only two working on probably the busiest day of the week for most restaurants? Also the size of the lemonade I had to double check. It's sad how small that is when you call it a large. Fries were also small, but not as bad as what the lemonade they called a large was. Overall disappointed, even though the food we eventually got tasted good.

  The cashier on March 31st 2026, day shift, was absolutely horrible. She kept wiping her nose on her sleeve, touching her face, and loudly sucking snot back up into her nose. The way she spoke to us was like we were inconveniencing her and she couldn't be bothered to have an *ounce* of manners.

  The store doesn't close till 10:00 at night but yet every time I come here at 7:00 to 8:00 at night the lobby is closed like what is the point can't walk thru drive thru

  So disappointed. Before writing this review, I took the time to go and look at the online reviews to see if maybe it was just someone having a bad day, but it does not seem to be the case. I am giving them one star since I cannot give them zero stars. We used to love the fish sandwich at Arby’s. When I went on the website for the Petoskey Arby’s, I did not see a fish sandwich option. I called and once someone finally picked up, I cheerfully said, “I was looking on your website, but I can’t locate a fish sandwich. Do you carry fish sandwiches anymore?” The individual very curtly said “what kind of Sandwich?” Since there was a lot of banging and background noise on the other end, I thought that maybe they couldn’t hear me, so I responded simply by saying “fish”. The individual then slammed the phone in my ear. I tried to call back repeatedly thinking it was a mistake, but they just kept picking up the phone and slamming it down. When I told family what happened, they said the staff is particularly rude and aggressive without provocation. They have a reputation. So sad, as we really were looking forward to dinner from there. We will continue to eat at Arby’s in other locations and will warn visitors away from the Petoskey location.

  Kinda bummed to write this review. Came to Arby’s today during my husbands lunch break. It took at least 15 minutes to get through the drive through, which alright not that big of a deal except it only gave my husband 5 mins to eat. The person at the window forgot to give us straws, and when I asked for some he shoved a handful at me when we only needed 2. Whatever I guess, just seemed extra. After we pulled away and we got to my husbands job site we realized my sons entire meal was missing from the bag. I had to go back and by the time we were able to eat our food the fries were ice cold and the sandwich was soggy. We won’t be back any time soon
