- VSViolet SaturnOct 10, 20241.0Put in an online order 30 minutes ahead. When I arrived I was told there was a line currently so they wouldn't be making my sandwich until everyone else had been served. Very rude employees. Ended up having to wait in line, taking an extra 20min. Literally last summer had such a better staff. Won't be returning.
- TGTaylor GrimesJan 18, 20241.0Absolutely horrible Subway. Please do not waste your time going here. (Not that I even wanted to.) Apparently when you order through Subway it goes to DoorDash and Subway will offer NO help on your order. Wasted an hour driving here in the middle of winter with no heat, just for them to tell me they will not remake the sandwiches that were delivered wrong or offer a refund. They called managers in and the second one came, he was mad that he had to do his job and screamed at me to get off the phone with the person that actually ordered the food. When I gave him the same attitude back, he gave me a “permanent ban” and threatened to call the cops for a 5 foot little woman intimidating him and his employees. Don’t waste your time at this restaurant, they’re bums that can’t even make a sandwich off of a list right. Give it a few weeks and hopefully they’ll all have been fired and new staff will be in.

My sub was all right and was made correctly, but the manager was yelling and screaming at all of her employees! The whole time I was ordering my food and trying to eat my food, I didn’t think she would stop. I felt so bad for the workers for having to deal with that plus the other customers that had to witness this as well. I will not be returning and advise you save yourself the trip.
