He asked multiple times what I ordered and I explained, simply 2 bigmacs. I watched shakes sit there the whole time for people behind me. They were disgusting. The manager and other employees were goofing around and not helping. The boy at the window apologized saying they are short staffed and that the GM doesn't know how to schedule people. Finally get our food and it's all a mess. Nothing was right. What a disappointment.
