    Worst McDonald's ever. Terrible service. You have to wait for your food and they still get it wrong 99% of the time. Don't bother going in to complain, they ignore you at the register and act like you're an inconvenience.

    If I could give negative I would. Every time I come here they miss food. Then when you go in they either ignore you or get shitty with you. Manager heard everything and didn't even try to speak to me. This place needs to be shut down!!! Oh yeah contact us and the link doesn't even work. Even corporate is a joke!!!

    Worst in store experience at a McDonald’s ever. Ordered at 2:14pm in store at kiosk, nearly 30 minutes later my order wasn’t fulfilled. Go up and ask the staff at front for status and explanation. Was given response that it was shift change which didn’t explain the slowness as it was not that busy. I asked for the manager and I could see her who then was yelling at her staff “what do they want”. She never came up to talk to me and yelled at her in the kitchen saying my order was 30 minutes old and they need to fulfill it ASAP. Completely unprofessional for a manger to not respond to a customer request to talk.

    Five kiosks inside, three are broken. Used one of the two that claimed to be working, but then the credit card machine attached to the kiosk was down. Waited in line to pay at the register. Waited another 10-15 min after that for my order. Men’s room was a mess. Also the entry is flooded? This place is broken :(

    I went through the drive through. Ordered one burger and fries. Was asked to wait. They made me wait for 20 min! It would have been longer had I not gone inside. I told them the situation and they said “we forgot your order”. And that was it. They gave me my bag that had been sitting there for a while as the fries were cold. I had to walk back to my car. The worst service.
