I have to wait 5 minutes before the line moves to get so I can get to the speakerdue to employees just standing around. I sit at the speaker 5 minutes before they acknowledge that I am there only to be told that that they are having problems in the kitchen and that I have to wait even longer. Another 5 minutes go by and then they finally get to me. I tell them I'm there to pick up my order and they tell me that half my order is not available and to get my refund off the app. Guess what? You can't get a refund on the app. You have to contact customer service which does not exist so burger king stole my money
