    Ordered online for pickup. I ordered a French dip and potato cakes. Food tasted awful. Potato cakes fried in old, unchanged oil 🤮 French dip but NO DAMN AU JUS? Hubby had to return IN THIS AWFUL snowstorm. We ate here frequently, but tonight was completely unacceptable and we are not happy. Cost of order was almost 40 bucks and the food was disgusting and NOT complete 👎👎👎 Edit to add: the response from arby's was very generic and the link they sent to "fix" their terrible food issue DOESN'T WORK 🙄😬 Edit to 5 stars across the board! We stopped in to pick up lunch and everything was fantastic!! Store was well staffed and clean. Food was hot and delicious and accurate. Awesome job!!! 👏
