    Ordered online for pickup. I ordered a French dip and potato cakes. Food tasted awful. Potato cakes fried in old, unchanged oil 🤮 French dip but NO DAMN AU JUS? Hubby had to return IN THIS AWFUL snowstorm. We ate here frequently, but tonight was completely unacceptable and we are not happy. Cost of order was almost 40 bucks and the food was disgusting and NOT complete 👎👎👎 Edit to add: the response from arby's was very generic and the link they sent to "fix" their terrible food issue DOESN'T WORK 🙄😬

    Went thru the drive thru and the person was professional, and courteous. She paid attention to my asks. Food was made fresh.
