  Uber drivers: don’t accept deliveries from this restaurant!! They don’t verify pickups so orders get stolen, and they leave their orders on past closing time! Don’t waste your time driving here because you won’t be able to pick up the order.

  The store delivered only part of our order with mistakes; when we called to get the rest of the food the assistant manager Samantha Coyle told us she had prepared the order, refused to acknowledge all the missing items and the incorrectly made sandwich and would not deliver the missing items (she stated the best she could do it give us $20 credit for next order which wouldn’t even cover the cost of the missing/incorrect food) We have three people who did not get their lunch today because of this store’s terrible service and inability to solve a simple problem. They will never have our business again.

  I just paid 15 dollars for 3 burnt pieces of bacon and 2 slices of turkey on bread. GFTOH. There's SO MANY sub spots, I will not longer support Jimmy John's. What a rip off.
