So I called DoorDash and they tell me they spoke to tropical smoothie and I will get a refund in 48 hours. Past that and still no refund, the thing that pisses me off is I like tropical smoothie but they can’t produce a consistent product. So I just don’t wanna keep ordering and playing a game of is going to be good or not.

The açaí bowl is completely frozen solid. I couldn’t even get a spoon in it to eat it. $25 for nasty food I can’t even eat is ridiculous. Very disappointed.
