  Honestly this taco bell doesn't even deserve 1 star, if I could I would review it with 0 stars. Never have I ever left a fast food restaurant in tears(mad ones not sad) because of how poorly I was treated. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order in the lobby and I was the ONLY one there inside. When I asked if they had my order after waiting over 10 minutes the rude worked said "yes but we are working on drive thru right now" I said "oh so you're ignoring my food" she said "no, we just have to work on our drive thru times right now" so I said "exactly you are ignoring the lobby and focusing on drive thru when I ordered before the 3 people who just pulled in did?!?!" She pretty much ignored me after that....finally they make my food and realize they sold all the nacho fries to drive thru and now don't have any for mine. So now my food sat almost 5 minutes made waiting on the fries. Needless to say the food was shit when I got home. Hard shells soggy, soft shell supreme drenched in grease. Hardly any topping ony loaded potato. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO OWOSSO TACO BELL! I also will be calling corporate to report this. No one should ever go thru what I had to last night. If it wasn't for my kids waiting at home for the food they told me they wanted I would have gotten a refund and left without it. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY! I SERIOUSLY HOPE SOMEONE LOOKS INTO THEM AND SOME OD THEIR WORKERS SO THEY CAN DO BETTER SOMEDAY! From now on I will drive the extra few minutes to CORUNNNA so I can have a great experience and fresh, hot, right, and fast food!

  My local TB never had a single order or staff issue. Food is always fast and fresh for a TB.

  The older lady I believe is a shift manager or some sort of management if you want to call it that there is every rude, disrespectful & should not be apart of the management team. My order was once again messsed when I went back to speak to the manager she was very hostile insinuated I was lying when I had a receipt in my hand and embarrass me in front of other people. I will never return to this location and I would seriously reconsider having her as part of your management team because she is not good with people.

  This is the slowest, rudest, dirty taco bell. Go to the Corunna Taco Bell So much better
