    Stop sending somone to wait around the building for a frappe it dont take long to make and 5hen you guys make it and take forever to bring it out while it melts luckily this time is wasnt melted but everyone it is you guys remake it for me and until you guys wanna not do pointless stuff like that you will continue to remake me frappe when I get them melted cause you couldn't just hand it to me at the window

    We went through the drive through, got to order two items before the dude just thought we were done. I yelled and my boyfriend didn't end up getting what he actually came for. (Most likely it was a frappe) I was very annoyed because I just got done working at a gas station where we get talked to or looked at funny if we don't ask them if they want anything else. They also didn't give us any sauce or any explanation to it. Where the heck was Brandon and Alyson?

    The worse of the two Micdonalds in Owosso. Service was below average if not rude. Getting anything to be correct on my order was met with attitude. Fries were cold, soggy and terrible. Food doesnt taste very good. Order has slight errors through the drive through. Got the wrong sauce. Terrible place to waste money.

    Just want to say that I had a very pleasant morning after my own little mess up , staff was very helpful and so kind . Especially Kaleb who was running orders out that were pulled forward, he came back in from running an order out and showed me how to work the app to cancel an order that I had placed somewhere else by mistake and was so kind and helped me re order. Staff did wonderful getting orders out and were quick and efficient. Defiantly will continue to order from here. Thank you so much Kaleb !
