Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I go through the drive though they make me wait 15-20 minutes. Their ice cream machine is always broke or being cleaned. I am met with attitude when I bring back my messed up order that they don’t want to fix. I’ve yet to have a good experience at this location.

This McDonald's is just me, not bad, not great but it fills the belly and has coffee. Skip the fries, they are always cold. The drive-thru prople are okay. The inside ones are rude

Placed order on mobile app. Waited in line for approximately 10 minutes in the drive thru before receiving my order. Get home and the most expensive item i ordered (double quarter with cheese) is not in the bag. I call the store 5 times, and each time the call was left to ring until it auto disconnected. On the sixth attempt it went straight to their voicemail system, so now I had to depart my home in sub zero weather for the 2nd time in order to get the sandwich, which was now cold. I get that mistakes happen, which is why i would of called and just came back another day for my replacement, but the manager on duty decided to unplug the phone for some reason, and I dont have the money to make donations to the billion dollar company that didnt give me what I pay for. This location parks more cars through the drive thru than a sonic or culvert car hop. Sandwiches often times look like someone built it on the side of a steep incline, with toppings and bun shingled all over instead of centered on the sandwich. Often times while waiting on food, you can clearly witness half a dozen employees working up front while what looks like only one person is making the food, which always seems to be what everyone is waiting on.

75% of the time we are missing something or receiving something wrong. If it wasn't for them being within 5 minutes of my home I would not go here.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers and fries for myself and chicken tenders for my wife. Both of my burgers were cold and stale tasting, my fries were cold, my wife's fries weren't salted, and one of her chicken tenders was super hard. Tried to call 3 times and no one can pick up the phone. By far the worst experience we've had at this McDonald's. Already submitted a complaint through the app.
