    Great cup of coffee! Had to come here straight from the other mcdonalds because the other one proclaimed all their coffee makers were down, but I suspect there was just too much chaos and lack of management

    Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's my mom my young daughter and myself stopped there on our way home from somewhere around 1245am. There were a ton of cars pulled up cuz they had to wait for their food we waited more than 20 minutes and then when lady brought it out I said we didn't get our drink she said oh u didn't I will be right back with it after waiting another at least 6 minutes the drink never came and we left wow smh will never go back there ever again

    Y'all are rly trying to lose business. An hour spent in the drive though and then you tell me your app screwed up and 1 out of 7 items were placed and then did nothing... Trash. Dont use this McDonald's with the app 🤷 Update, y'all lied to us lmao. I have my order history right here and you told us we only ordered one thing when y'all just didn't prep well enough for the limited time rush... Tracks

    The only thing correct in our order was the Grinch socks that came with it! 🧦 And that's only because this location didn't make them thank god, or I would have probably been told to pull forward and wait a year. I mean seriously you aren't Culvers! Stop with the pull forward method because it's ruining your restaurant. How is it possible to be told to pull forward for a drink 🤣🤣🤣 The management is obviously the problem here, blind leading the blind🧑‍🦯 I'll be driving 5 minutes the other direction where they actually care about customers ✌🏻
