One day I’ll get it in a large cup and others in a medium. I add enough stuff that it should be coming in a large and instead you’re shorting me product half the time. Bad business model if you ask me. Please get it together and serve your drinks the same way every time. Unless yall started this because of the monopoly thing, which is silly bc again, IT’S A $5+ DRINK. Thanks.

Well this McDonald’s only has drive-through reserved. No mobile order pick up reserve so I went inside and was wondering what I was supposed to be doing And I was rudely talk to by a gentleman who said that the reserve drive-through was supposed to be the pick up and since it’s been a while, they have to remake my food because the canceled my order due to how long I waited to ask and then would not give me a receipt to contact corporate. He acted like I was the idiot when I even drove to The McDonald’s Durand they have spots for reserve drive-through, and they have spots for mobile pick up
