  Order the club lulu. Had the thinnest pieces of turkey and ham n mostly filled with lettuce that I to remove to even get a taste of meat. Very disappointed, only redeeming point was the staff was friendly. Went thru drive-thru

  I just got an order that I placed inside and a sweet Girl helped me With everything because the app was messed up and I was so frustrated and I was already having a bad day and she made it a lot better and I’m so grateful. It’s nice to have some good customer service nowadays. Her name was Matracia and I’m very sorry because I probably spelt it incorrectly. But I just wanted to make sure that she knows I appreciated her.

  A friend and I went for lunch on 11/6. My friend ordered something and stated it was not good only to me. The young lady who runs the store (Violet) I believe must have overheard and immediately offered her another sandwich and/or her money back. The way she approached this in my opinion was actual customer service you rarely see anymore. She is doing a great job trying to make sure her customers are happy. She gave her a full refund and offered her chips for free on her.

  I went through the drive thru at about 1pm on 10/17/25 and a brunette with her hair up was very rude to me when I asked for a bag for my sandwich. She rolled her eyes, huffed, and said "I just don't understand " while shaking her head and complaining to her staff about me wanting a bag for my food. The food was great, but her service, even after I apologized for asking for a bag, was downright upsetting.
