  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The workers were just standing there doing nothing when there’s a long line. Chicken was burnt to the point were it was inedible. I got charged for chips and then was informed that they are out of chips. Overall terrible restaurant.

  My grandma went to this location to get some food for her and myself and one of the workers by the name of Phil was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. He was cussing at his fellow coworker IN FRONT of my grandma and my grandma decided to just leave because of how hostile the environment was. Why would you hire someone like that? Do better Chipotle.

  I walked into the chipotle at Baldwin and I-75 at 12:51 realizing it was just after lunch. I walked in and to my surprise. Nobody was in line to get food. There was a couple at a table, a lady at a table and a group of 6 men just finishing their orders and getting up to leave. I walked up to the counter a young man just finishing up with I believe filling one of the salsa, walked over and asked what can I get you? I replied a burrito. He then asked what kind of rice I would like. I looked down to see no white rice and I said well I wanted white rice. He looks up at a girl and mind you four employees that I saw all doing nothing. one man standing at the register, a girl standing and talking to him, and another young man came out from behind the back. The boy making my burrito,, he looked at the girl and said can you mix me some white rice? her reply, no. He then looked at me just as this other Young man was coming from behind and he asked him, can you mix me some white rice? He looked at him and replied, no. He then said well I guess I’ll just have to make it myself.I then stated boy oh boy you guys are looking for a good review, aren’t you? The young man making my burrito looks up and says “yeah right.” The young man from the back turned And walked away. The young girl then looked at me and said he’s just kidding. meanwhile no white rice was mixed. This is the second time I’ve been in this chipotle and I have to say I probably will never be back. No tables were wiped down. The fountain pop area was a disaster and over half of the containers were very close to empty if not empty. The table they use behind the counter, had several empty containers from the lunch, rush piled up on it. And the floor could’ve used a good sweeping. I realize it was just after a lunch rush, but that’s still no reason that four people would just stand round doing nothing, when there’s always something to do in a restaurant. Wipe it up, fill it up and sweep it up, get ready for the next rush. Totally disappointed!

  This place runs out of sautéed veggies for vegetarian 80-90% of time I visit. The management is very poor in managing and making decisions how far in advance they should be preparing. This time I visited, rice were totally uncooked. The manager Josh had replaced the bowl; however, what's the use when no veggies and my son was excited to have only chipotle l, I couldn't help and still eat without veggies.

  I come here all the time and usually have a great experience, but the last two visits haven’t been the same. It seems like one of the employees has been adding way too much salt to the guac it completely throws off the whole meal. I’ve bought bowls here twice recently (one to eat in and another for work), and both tasted overly salty. On top of that, the dining area was messy and didn’t feel cared for, which made the experience worse. I really hope they can get back to the quality and cleanliness I’m used to from this location.
