  Store was dirty. No food ready at open. Kitchen was trashed. Observed unsafe food practices the one that stood out the most was a male employee panning rice in a way that it bounced off his dirty shirt into the pan. All staff were talking about quitting and using vulgar language. I'm writing before tasting my food but it can't be good because most of what I wanted wasn't available.

  I arrived on time to pick up the food. I checked the order for accuracy before leaving and they forgot the sides and a bag of chips we paid for. When I asked about it they gave us the missing sides but said they are out of chips for the day. I asked how to get a refund for the chips that I paid for and the guy didn’t know then asked the manager and referred to a 1800chipolte website. This is such a scam. They are out of chips for the day at 5pm yet they are open until 11pm and you can still order chips online even though they are sold out. I don’t want to know how many people ordered and paid for chips and never got them. They are also not proactive about it. They just hope you don’t check your bag and go without noticing. 0 Stars - The food was ice cold. The portion size was an absolute joke and no care was given to bowl customizations and special requests. Each bowl had maybe 5 pieces of chicken on it. The last time we picked up from this location it was pretty bad but this was the last time we got food from there.

  I love Chipotle and really hope another location isn’t tanking… broken table, broken ice dispenser and most fountain dispensers, broken bathroom, no napkins or utensils except behind the counter, trash and food everywhere, all juices empty except one that’s at a third. Employees were kind and lady serving food was giving her best effort

  First and foremost, don’t bother tipping online, they’ll still be late and mess your order up. 12/30/2025, placed an order at 10:00 AM to be ready at 11:00 AM. Order wasn’t ready until 11:20 AM so there goes my lunch break. That new $5 “bowl” of steak? Yeah, it’s a scam. It’s just a little bit of steak mashed into a condiment container. They didn’t mark our bowls so we had to guess which ones were ours by digging thru them. Guess what, they were wrong anyways. No forks or napkins included. No apologies. Nothing said. Just 20 minute late, incorrectly made food, and money wasted. I’m getting my money back and I think I’ll stop going to this location.

  Went in today around 1:15-1:30. It was awful. For starters, the pop machine was not working (no ice). All the drinks that weren't pop were either completely empty or just dispensing water. So basically no options for customers who don't drink pop. Trash was everywhere, counters were sticky and disgusting, every napkin dispenser was empty, straw wrappers all over the place, cups tipped sideways, spills on the floor, and every table not in use was dirty. Outside, the trash was overflowing and on the ground. Same with the trash cans at the doors inside. The lady at the register gave me the Gen Z stare like she was bothered that we were there. There were periods of a couple minutes in between customers where instead of standing there staring into space, maybe she could've popped out really quick and refilled napkins. The only reason we came was because we were super hungry and my son requested that we go there. But after seeing how bad it was, and other older reviews saying similar things to what I saw today, we're not going back. I wish I would've taken photos because of how dirty it was.
