It was indeed very good and she was such a sweet heart! While me and my family were enjoying our food and drinks, Nicole even brought us out a bag of cookies for free! She is such a nice lady, her people skills were impeccable (I felt this way even before the free cookies LOL). Give her a raise, Panera! We need more people like her in the food industry :)

There was not even a paper towel holder, just an empty roll laying on the floor. In the dining area, trash cans were overflowing, dishes were piled up, and there was a sticky mess around the soda station. I also waited a long time just to get a cup for a soft drink. What made it worse was the overall attitude. Employees seemed apathetic and acted inconvenienced by customers. On the way out, staff were rudely yelling that there was a 25 minute wait, which felt more like an attempt to discourage people from ordering than a helpful heads up. The whole place felt poorly managed and neglected.
