Not really a big deal except when we went back they just handed me the container of chicken instead of remaking the wrap. Asked for a refund and the manager said 'we should have known' there was no chicken on the wrap. Also kept calling my wife 'him' and 'he' despite being corrected during this conversation and in prior incidents. Last time I'm giving them my money.
