  Huge shoutout to the crew at the Grand River Okemos Taco Bell working today. I placed a really big order for my daughter’s birthday party and had problems getting the order placed giving them no time to prepare. They made the order quick and completely accurate! Thanks to you all 💜🧡

  So glad you guys are back open this is easily the best Taco Bell around. Nova was great today, I have a great experience every time I come. 10/10

  This is long overdue for a review but this is the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I've gone here recently out of convenience and every time I go later (but within the hours of midnight-2am) I'm met with 3 employees that have no idea what they're doing and the gentleman over the intercom is consistently rude. They will tell you that their wait time is between 45mins-1hr with a total of 3 cars in line just to get you to turn around and leave so they can go back to doing NOTHING. It's mind boggling how people are capable of willingly applying for a job just to not do it at all. You could literally go to the Denny's down the road, sit down and have a full meal(including dessert) before your meal was ready at this Taco Bell.

  Put in on online order and was told at the drive thru that it would be a long wait and i could cancel if I wanted. No biggie, said thank you and that I would cancel. The employee then decided to shout an insult after me. Great service 🙄

  Cold terrible food, took 30 mins to remake 2 burritos
