- KRKaitlin Rooks2 days ago1.0FOOD SAFETY ISSUE While the guy working (Topher was the name on his hat) was making an online order, we were waiting in the lobby. After finishing the online, a lady had come in to pickup her online order and didn’t even look at the name on the tag and ended up taking someone else’s order by mistake. About five minutes later, a gentlemen came in to pickup his online order or 3rd party. His order was missing. Instead of remaking the gentlemen’s order, the server simply called the lady that took the wrong order and told her she took the wrong one. The lady was fully out of the store with the wrong order and even out of the parking lot. When the lady came back, she brought the gentleman’s order with her that already left the premises and the server just took the order from her and immediately handed it to the gentleman. This is a HUGE red flag. This little shop in Ovid is one of the few options we have without driving 10 plus miles out of town. I just can’t fathom how the server thought this was okay. You don’t know where the food has been or what could’ve been done to it. Again, ANYBODY in food service knows better.

You are left with whatever they can provide. The people who work here are great but the owner seems to be cutting corners. I avoid this one now - since about a year. Go to a better one please.
