  I love going there. They’re very fast. The place is cozy, especially during winter and spring. It’s also worth mentioning that they have a bike rack, so if you’re planning to stop by on your bike, you won’t have any trouble parking it.

  Bring back the old shortbread cookies. The new frosting is gross it's like white chocolate or something. Everybody I've talked to agrees that the old shortbread and frosting was peak. Bring back the old recipe please. 🙏

  Placed an order for a bakers dozen of bagels and cream cheese. Asked for them to be cut in half. Several of them that were cut were just ridiculously messed up. Don't they go through a machine? Even by hand, for a place that does bagels these are unexcusable.

  Went in today after urgent care and it was the best Panera experience i’ve ever had in my entire life. Kyla was so helpful and nice when taking my order. Made my absolute day coming to panera because of how friendly the staff and Kyla treated me. The food was also delicious and super fresh. Will 100% be coming back to this panera more!

  Pulled up to drive thru, waited at least 1-2 mins. Ordered a plane bagel(they didn't have any) fine, moved on grabbed something else pulled up to the window at 8:24 waited until 8:32, 4 workers were in the back not tending to the drive thru, I honked my horn, because obviously it's early am and I have to be to work, he still hadn't even dropped my bagel in the toaster, I explained I had to go, so he could either cancel or I needed my stuff soon. He told me he could give me my phone not toasted but it would take an extra 2 mins. (Not sure why that wasn't done when I pulled up) terrible service through the drive, after saying "they were super busy" I pulled around and there were two cars for the lobby, I was also the only car in the drive thru. I'd advise to retrain on customer service at its finest....
