  The person at the window for paying is the absolute rudest lol. Save yourself and drive an extra mile to other McDonalds. Never coming back X.

  Worse service time ever. Morning rush, under staffed, and the manager decided it was a good time for paperwork. 15 to 20 minute wait time for a breakfast sandwich.

  Ordered Oreo Shamrock McFlurry, 6 pc nuggets and a water, and received regular Oreo McFlurry, 6pc nuggets and no water :/

  This place is always dirty! The service SUCKS! Mostly night crew is rude and the food is always wrong. Never give pickles on things. Like are they just lazy and don’t wanna refill the pickles !? I’ve lived here my whole life and this McDonald’s is by far THE WORST! I will literally drive out of the way to go to a different McDonald’s. And I warn everyone about this location! Drive to the one in Williamston or the one on Jolly road in okemos. I don’t care if I’m 2 minutes from this McDonald’s. I’m DONE with it! And will be sure to let EVERYONE know! Also, smoking your vape while taking peoples money in the drive thru should NOT be aloud. Do better !
