But the other half the time the sandwiches are really yummy and the frosties are enjoyed by my kiddos and sometimes me too.

You could tell he didn't want to be there. One of my burgers i had added bacon, because the Baconator does not come with veggies. The girl making our burgers proceeded to yell at this kid how if he would have rang it up a certain way it would have saved a 1.50. She asked him why he didn't ring it up that way and he just didn't care. She at least cared enough. I didn't even care if I had saved money. I was so irritated. I won't be back.

The manager and staff were very helpful and replaced and remade the order for us. I understand it was a "third party" issue and wasn't necessarily the fault of the restaurant but they went over the top in making things right. I appreciate this much and we will be back again.
