  Grosset place I’ve been I went to the bathroom and it was disgusting fecal everywhere I went to the kiosk it doesn’t even ask your name. I don’t think this is a well organized place. Overly just not satisfied. It could be Better

  I have had a consistent good experience at this Panera with my partner! The food is always good, the atmosphere is usually pretty chill, although it does get pretty busy at times. The staff is super nice though! Kyle in particular was really friendly and helpful, and just made the experience more human and enjoyable!

  Great staff! Kyla made my day. I came in with a very cranky toddler and she was so nice, she put a smile back on his face.

  Went and stood at register had some who works the say hello and walk away a waited and No one ever came to help me and I left

  Terrible experience. We ordered a comfort meal for a family that really needed it. The online order was placed in the morning for 5:30 pm delivery. We received numerous last minute text that delivery will be a bit late but was on the way. We finally got in touch with an associate only to find out that our food order has been sitting ready for delivery since 5pm. No one from DoorDash has picked it up despite receiving updates that the food is on the way. It’s now 6:45pm and the food is still waiting for pickup. Everyone is blaming the other guy. I would not recommend using this Panera Bread location if you want customer service.
