The food here used to be super fresh and now it just doesn’t taste the same as it did a year ago and on top of that every time I order “ Freaky fast delivery” For one sandwich, it takes over an hour to get a few blocks to my house ???

Inside of business smells horrible. Person never asked what I wanted on my sub but piled up lettuce and tomatoes. I did not want that. Wont be back ever. Worst Jimmy Johns in the state. Waste of money and time.

I ordered my food on my way into work the other day. It arrived a few mins before I did and the driver (from what I was told) seemed to have an attatude when he arrived after being told I wasn't there yet, he said "I need her to sign the slip and Tip me". My co worker signed the slip for him and gave him a dollar even though she wasn't impressed by him demanding I tipped him. I'm disappointed in him leaving a bad impression on a newly opened store. You DON'T ask/demand a tip... if he had said that to me I wouldn't of tipped him at all and told him a few select words how I felt about it. I generally tip pretty well.. but this makes me not want to tip anyone at your establishment anymore. I'm unimpressed and very disappointed!
