  The food was fine. My issue was the staff member that was taking my order did not speak clearly enough for me to answer her questions which was frustrating. In addition when I got my food they didn’t give me a fork for a food item that would need a fork. I wouldn’t actively avoid this place but I will go elsewhere if possible.

  Building was clean. Restroom were very clean. Staff was very friendly.

  Richard never ceases to uphold the best standards all while always having a smile on his face. He is great with people and clearly takes pride in his work. Ive seen him go above and beyond in multiple little ways between other customers and I and after I watched him try and catch a guest walk out on their breakfast sandwich, he was disheartened, and then offered it up to me simply because I was at the right place at the right time. All-around class act from what Ive seen... the sandwich tasted great... but it was the gesture and how he approached me that spoke volumes.

  Love the large iced caramel latte here. It’s my go to! And I occasionally get a donut too. Service is usually fast. My only concern is that there is often too much ice. Wish they’d use about half of what they typically do. It’s still worth a trip and better than the other major chain.

  Ordered a 3 pack donut holes, only received 2. One was not even half the size of a normal donut hole. I went back in to get the missing one to be told “we ran out”. Like why.. only give me two and not sub it for a different flavor? Crazy behavior tbh.
