When I pointed it out, the counter worker at least had the decency to look horrified and apologize. The manager, however? Nothing. Not even a “sorry about the biohazard in your lunch.” Just a shrug and business as usual. Finding a hair in your food is bad. Finding a wad and then getting zero acknowledgment from the person in charge? That’s a whole new level of nope. Chipotle… where the guac costs extra and so does basic hygiene… 🤢

The manager was also super helpful and scanned my free queso after I had already paid. (You technically need a min purchase to get the reward and they went out of their way make sure I got it.)
