Rice was hard usually when I go to this particular location throughout the week I do not experience these problems to the manager trained your employees better.

- KKKaeleighMar 21, 20262.0Ordered online and got an email telling me to go inside and pick it ip from the pickup shelf inside. waited 22 minutes by the shelf while employees just stared and one played on her phone. When i asked about my order i was told “we never put them on the shelf” by the girl who was on her phone (on register) she grabbed my order which was around the corner on a shelf that customers cannot see and handed to me with a blank look on her face. Food was cold from sitting on a shelf for so long…Definitely will not be returning and will be giving HR a call. March 21 at 6:52 pm.

They do a good job making sure all their items are restocked including the specialty beverages, which is a problem I’ve seen with other locations. I think the pico was a little over salted but otherwise the food was pretty standard for chipotle. I also think some of the tables needed a quick wipe down, but they were busy when I was there so I’m sure that accounts for that.
