Ive been trying to speak to someone in regards to catering our dance with a partial or full donation. I wrote two emails, which were never returned with ANY information and showed up to the store in person twice. The first time a manager chose not to speak to me yet they were only a few steps away from the associate they had speaking to me. Then, the second time I showed up I bought a lunch for my daughter and explained to the cashier what Ive been trying to accomplish. There was a plain clothed male there that the cashier reached out to have speak to me. I stepped aside to wait for him to address me. He asked how can I help you and I explained who I was and what our committee was trying to accomplish as well as I had wrote two emails and this was my second time in person trying to speak to someone about accomplishing our goal for the 8th grade student body. Hey turned to me and said "well since no one has gotten back with you it seems like we cat't help you". I was astonished at his lack of professionalism, customer service and community involvement...I will NEVER patronize that store again and will share this with whomever I know, even within my own establishment!
